International Arts Education Week

Background

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), in its 36th session in 2011, proclaimed the fourth week of May as International Art Education Week, with the aim of increasing raising the awareness of the international community about the importance of arts education and strengthening its cooperation through the promotion of cultural diversity, intercultural dialogue and social cohesion.

Starting in 2020, the World Alliance for Arts Education (WAAE) and its members will join UNESCO to celebrate World Arts Week. source of information

The theme that the WAAE has chosen for this year is PEACE, as a result of this desire, but with a complex concept, Tiana will participate with a popular guided elaboration of the perfume of Peace.

Perfume of Trees

About 60,000 species of trees cover this world that we mistreat every day, with more awareness.

Some are well known, for their fragrances that we have spontaneously retained in the mind, others not so much, although it seems strange to think that none of the species, do not smell at all.

El vídeo Experimental perfume as a tool of art dirigit i realitzat per la tianenca Andrea Rigalós , ha estat premi d’honor compartit en la categoria Best Cinematography en la 13a edició dels Taste Awards (EUA).

El vídeo focalitza la formació de l’estudi de perfumeria experimental i creativa, amb dues parts: Make your perfum as a tool of art dissenyat per donar a conèixer el perfum artístic amb denominació artesana, en la seva part més desconeguda i a l’hora més fascinant: la d’eina per altres disciplines artístiques, en les que el perfum s’estructura per l’adaptació, s’elabora amb matèries naturals i es transforma per ser part de l’obra artística creada.
I coneixent la seva tècnica … as a tool of life, temptar a convertir aquesta eina en els moments carpe diem de la vida.

Seleccionada – amb el vídeo “Master Artcraft Perfumer” a la III Mostra Internacional d’Audiovisuals d’Artesania.

Junior Perfumer Revelation

La mà insegura de l’aprenent materialitza entre dubtes i passió, els coneixements adquirits de la mestra, construint a cada gota, la seva pròpia estela creativa. A través dels dies, de les preguntes i dels acords que va construint capficada entre la fórmula i les pipetes, intueixes l’emoció de la descoberta d’antigues alquímies que l’estudiant projecta creant nous espais amb la seva pròpia empremta. L’ingrés dins el món màgic que estructura les olors dels somnis, en el que no s’havia imaginat tenir a l’abast, l’empeny en un nou camí, que malgrat els entrebancs, no podrà deixar de perfumar.
Des de l’estudi de perfumeria experimental  Bcn Art Lab® es valora,  el treball dels perfumistes Júnior, a través del seu aprenentatge, direcció i treball de final de grau aportat per escollir  la persona Revelació de l’any en que ha lliurat la seva creació. Moltes persones no saben que poden ser perfumistes creatives . No s’havien aturat mai a pensar que podria composar una meravellosa simfonia feta de rics acords d’el jardí del món. No ho han sabut,  fins que les seves mans han començat a  barrejar matèries al fil de la història que han anat formant. Les Perfumistes Creatives Júnior surten del Treball de Final de Grau puntuat, al final de les modalitats formatives: Formulació i Artístic i representen els garants de la continuïtat de l’ofici. Entre elles s’escull per la feina realitzada, la Perfumista Revelació del 2020 que obté un regal adaptat a l’obra realitzada en el Treball de Final de Grau.

Repte d’Experimentació Pública

2020 en Olors Visuals
Un repte que va començar per lligar perfums efímers a imatges de l’entorn habitual de l’estudi, però també de l’obligat confinament per la COVID-19. La imatge es podia veure via web, però el perfum calia descobrir-lo a El Jardí Secret, la setmana en curs, tret dels generats en el confinament que durant quinze dies, es van poder olorar a l’espai de Barcelona.

Aquest àlbum particular, obre i tanca amb dos animals: la primera setmana amb un colom blanc mort al carrer Sant Sever, aviat va semblar una premonició d’aquest terrible any; el darrer un gat arraulit en el carro de llibres antics, font de memòria i de descobertes oblidades.

Demonstration of Craft at the Palazzo Corsini

L'any 2017 vaig participar en la meva primera edició i encara que en aquell temps no ho sabia, la que em va captivar, vaig participar en el repte, sobre la flor de taronger, reproduint un perfum sòlid recordant els que feien els monjos centre europeus, amb aromàtica en base vegetal. En aquesta edició hi vaig promoure i vendre les meves creacions a un públic d'alta fidelitat.

Enguany hi he tornat, en aquest cas per presentar l'escola i fer demostracions d'ofici. Malgrat que l'escenari era el mateix, l'essència havia canviat radicalment, sort que hi vaig trobar nassos que van descobrir el meu treball en l'edició anterior i d'altres que es van deixar portar per la descoberta.
